How Do You Handle All The Leveling Quests In WoW Classic 20th Anniversary As A Member Of Horde?
When exploring in WoW Classic 20th Anniversary, you will choose to be a member of Horde or Alliance, and these two factions have completely different exploration styles. You will start your leveling process in this game after choosing your faction, and the leveling quests for Horde members are mainly distributed in various zones in Kalimdor, and some in the hard-to-reach Eastern Kingdoms.
Before level 30, you will only be active in Barrens and surrounding areas; after level 30, you may frequently travel back and forth between Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor to level more efficiently. It is also worth mentioning that the dungeons in these areas will provide fewer experience points than leveling quests alone, so the best way to farm experience points is to complete all Horde leveling quests well.
To ease the difficulty of finding specific quests in WoW 20th Anniversary, this guide will cover the best leveling routes you can use as a member of Horde, so that you can find the most suitable quests in each level range to farm a large amount of experience for your current level character.
Level 1 To Level 20
Whether you join Horde or Alliance, the best way to get from level 1 to around level 20 is to complete clearing your race starting zone and the two secondary areas connected to it, because there are enemies that you can defeat very quickly and easily.
Generally speaking, after you complete the quests given to you in the starting zone, you will probably reach around level 10. After that, you can enter the next area to perform quests of the same difficulty to complete the leveling process from 10 to around level 20. Here is the order of zones that each race can explore to provide quests in this level range.
- Tauren: Mulgore to Barrens
- Orc & Troll: Durotar to Barrens
- Undead: Tirisfal Glades to Silverpine Forest
While Undead can freely enter Silverpine Forest, it should be noted that there will be no quests available to you at around level 15, so you can go to Barrens first to find more quests suitable for the current level. You need to take Zeppelin to Orgrimmar outside Brill, and then go southwest to Crossroads to find Barrens.
As you can see from the above list, Barrens is a very important and very important leveling quest collection area, because it is full of very dense experience points and WoW 20th Anniversary Gold, which is very conducive to farming, although the landscape it has is not the most interesting in the game. Most importantly, Barrens has two main Horde questing hubs, which will make you understand the quest list more clearly.
Level 20 To Level 30
Generally, you can level up to around level 22 in Barrens, after which you can explore Stonetalon Mountains and Ashenvale in that order: the former is best for players between level 10 and 20, while the latter is better for players above level 20.
Once you rotate through the three areas until you reach around level 26 or 27, you can head to Hillsbrad Foothills, which connects to the southeast end of Silverpine Forest. This makes it very easy to access if you are Undead or have unlocked the Sepulcher Flight Point.
In addition, Undercity, which provides you with a lot of experience points, is also nearby, where you can train or trade. The most important place to focus on in the entire Hillsbrad Foothills is Tarren Mill in the middle east, which will make your leveling process faster.
After completing quests in Hillsbrad and Ashenvale, you may reach level 30 very quickly.
Level 30 To Level 40
After you reach level 30, you may hit a bottleneck because Horde regions that offer quests for you in this level range are very far apart. You can start by entering Thousand Needles from the southern Barrens, which will probably get you to around level 34.
In Thousand Needles, Shimmering Flats in the southwest is a substantial area to farm experience points for leveling up, because you only need to go around the track to complete all the quests in this small hub. Ideally, you will level up once you complete these monsters and WoW 20th Gold drops.
After completing all the quests in Thousand Needles and Shimmering Flats, you will be faced with a choice: Desolace or Stranglethorn? Desolace is closer, but you need to enter through Stonetalon Mountains; Stranglethorn is an open area that does not require any portals to enter.
The best suggestion here is to choose Stranglethorn, as the density of quests and monsters here is higher than Desolace, and you can find some level-up quests there even if you are already level 40. If you have already explored this area, then you can choose Badlands and Swamp of Sorrows as your main battlefield for completing quests in this level range.
Level 40 To Level 50
Once you reach level 40, you’ll find that progressing through this level range will be slower, which is normal. You’ll need to complete all the quests available to you in Badlands, then return to Stranglethorn Vale and complete all the quests in Swamp of Sorrows, which will normally give you 2 levels in the process.
At around Level 42, you can return to Feralas in Kalimdor and continue looking for quests suitable for your current level. You can get to Feralas via the northwest of Thousand Needles, and Camp Mojache, which provides you with a lot of experience and loot, is just off the main road in this border.
Once you reach Flight Point here, you can explore back and forth between Stranglethorn Vale and Feralas until you reach around level 45. At this point you may have completed all the quests in Stranglethorn Vale, but fortunately the next area suitable for your current level, Gadgetzan, is nearby and you can level up to level 48.
At this point you should return to Badlands and head east through the mountains to Searing Gorge, which has quests that are perfect for exploring in the late 40s to early 50s level range, and lots of gold waiting you.
Level 50 To Level 60
In this final leveling phase, both Alliance and Horde members have very similar leveling paths, as the experience required to level up increases greatly at this stage, and you may need to complete all the quests offered to you to reach the highest level.
So after completing the quests in Searing Gorge, immediately return to Kalimdor and head north through Ashenvale to Felwood, which is also the highest farming experience area in the current level range. In addition, Un’Goro Crater will also open up further south, and you can gain the most experience by traveling back and forth between these two areas.
After you reach level 54, you can return to Eastern Kingdoms again and travel to Blasted Lands and Plagueland from there. Just like the rotation between Felwood and Un’Goro, you need to spend a lot of time flying and exploring in Blasted Lands, Western and Eastern Plaguelands as you approach the highest level.
Or at around level 57-58, it is also a superb choice to add Winterspring, located northeast of Felwood, to this rotation. There are many ultimate quests in it, which can easily allow you to upgrade to level 60.
The above are all the leveling paths that are worth taking for Horde members in WoW Classic 20th Anniversary. However, because of different play styles, there may be some changes in the rotation order or exploration priority. Hopefully, this guide can make your leveling process in this game easier and smoother. Have fun!
